is it just me, or are dwarves drinking/eating much more quickly than they did in 0.34? They seem to take on average, 1 to 2 seconds to drink/eat one unit before getting back to work. I think this is a new hidden feature which I really like. I think it's also a bit more realistic given how long an in game day is compared to real life.

I wonder if its interaction with new personalities and stuff, like highly motivated dwarves will take less time in breaks/eating/drinking to get back to work on their dreams...

Eating and drinking are quite quick now compared to v 0.34, but alas, breaks still take a while.

This will probably result in less dwarfs getting hitched and having babies... Often prolonged eating/drinking contact is the only social interactions my dwarves have

I've seen at least one report of dwarves making notably more friends, despite the lower downtime.

Eating and drinking are definitely faster. Sleeping and breaks are not. I've also noticed that installing mechanisms on levers/plates and the associated machinery is an order of magnitude faster.
