Few ideas for the adventure mode

 Before all, sorry for my bad english. I hope that the essential of my ideas will be understandable. So, I have some ideas for improve this game (the adventure mode) and I wanted to share them. It would be nice if :

-We would be able to steal in people’s pocket, without to be noticed. In DF, we only can be a warrior, but play a thief would be fun. At night, the houses doors would be closed, so you would have many options : knock on the door, break it down, or crochet it. If someone would see you, your companions or others, they would attack you.

-We would see random events in the nature, like a lost woman who would ask you to accompagny her to the closest city. Or two bandit’s groups battle.

-We would be able to ride a horse (what more normal in such a medieval world ?)

-There was ports. There is currently two kinds of city : hamlet and town. The ports would be situated close of the sea (obviously) and we could take a ship and join a port of the other side of the ocean.

-We would be able to cut the throat of the asleeps people. So, if we would attack a bandit’s camp during the night, all our ennemies would be sleeping, and with a stealthy character, we would be able to kill them during their sleep, without waking anyone.

-Pickpocket skill would, in my opinion, be more useful when goods or money has more meaning.

-Lost women and bandits are governed and tracked by the worldgen.  A lost women would actually have to be a historical figure and then get lost before you could find her.  Bandits, for their part, could fight, but because they are tracked numerically their death to each other would actually decrease the bandit population.

-Mounts are  planned feature.

-We theoretically can cut throats in sleep now.  I understands that you mean in a guaranteed, separate from attack, but you can certainly slash throats now.

Lot of that is included. And I'm pretty sure all attacks on sleeping/unconscious targets are guaranteed hit and squarest possible hit.
My reading of the suggestion was a way to silently kill a sleeping target (slit the throat) so that there are no screams, limb thrashes, or huge swooping attack sounds to wake up other sleepers.

those are some alright ideas...

i like the pick pocketing idea, but as was already said, there's not much incentive to do so.
i love the horse idea, i also want this... goblins have mounts dammit! i want mounts too!
the random events thing would also be pretty cool. adventure mode definitely needs some things like that to spice it up.
the port idea would be interesting... civs could have ports and fishing ships or something of the sort, you could take a ship to a nearby port or get to an island where a civ decided to sprout (i hate it when they do that.)
and i agree that it would be cool if there were more for a rogue minded person to do.
