I may be late to the party but a quick search didn't turn up anything about this. I've not played Borderlands 2 in a while so I got the Tiny Tina Assault on Dragon Fortress download to get back into it. Part of the story arc sends you through some mines where you end up fighting a lot of dwarves. One of the dying dwarves made me laugh by saying  'Loosing is fun.'

Tiny Tina's Assault on dragon keep is just reference city. They have an attack the darkness achievement and a sidequest where you can punch joffrey.

Dungeons of Dredmor has the 'plump helmet' which is a big mushroom shaped hat.
