quick way of receiving df update news

ok, so i was wondering, whats the quickest way for me, to get news, as soon as the new update comes, i was wondering if theres maybe some app (i got an android) that could... like, monitor and alert me when a new update is released?

I don't know of any RSS reader really, since I never use them, but I'm pretty sure that's specifically what that's for.

You might want the release feed instead (http://www.bay12games.com/dwarves/dev_release.rss) if you're just interested in the next update.

thank you for all your help, i downloaded and tested a few RSS apps, and then subscribed to the dev rss of DF :)
