My dwarves are getting with the program

One of my seriously injured axedwarves just suffocated... in the barracks, which are wide open.  I think one of his squadmates must have realized he'd take forever to die in there and put him out of his misery.   :D

he probably had a collapsed lung, which is [possibly] why he suffocated.

Lungs aren't on the wound list in Fortress Mode.  Can they still be injured?

Anyway, even if that guy died of his injuries, I feel pretty good about the other one who died of thirst when there were plenty of buckets to go around.   :p

They aren't? I just thought they didn't show up until they were damaged.

yeah, you don't see internal organs like kidneys and brains unless they're wounded.
