Laboratory: 15000.
Workshop: 5000.
Guardroom: 5000.

50 handguns. 12500 (Would prefer to add another ten for the extra ten people when we can. A pistol a person.)
4 MG 2500 10000 (Preferably get four more of these.)
5 AR 5000 (I would prefer to have 8 of these minimum.)
10 Hunting Rifle 7500 (I would prefer to have 20 of these minimum)
