Yeah, on most message boards there's a button called "Mark all posts read", but I can't seem to find it here.
Do you know if there is one?
Because I'm getting kind of bored of opening a topic that supposedly has new posts, only to find the post I made half an hour ago as the latest one >_>

just be sure to view every single post on the board. then everything posted is new.

The thing is, even if I read the posts it usually still marks them as new.

This forum software was probably written before Internet existed. So no, there is no such option. And many other options too.

I generally try to don't see this forum as lacking, but rater simplistic. Kind of like DF graphics.
It might not have all the newest bells and wisles, but something far more impornant;
A community not filled whit leeters and spamers, but instead the rare commodity of intelligent and helpful people, and also content actually worth reading.

On the other side my view might be biased by the fact that this is the only forum I have ever have written in, been registered in, or consequently read...
Infact I avoid all the rest of the net like the plague.

check the times, live off the recent posts page(after the activity dies down a bit) and ask Toady for a last poster indicator elsewhere.
