Just an FYI, India and Norway were suggestions by the Angels...potentially you could still go to China, were the Atheists are home. Or maybe try Rome...who knows maybe we suddenly turn into a Believer?

But generally you could go whereever a religion has/had its stronghold and propably find someone((Maybe if you want to know more about whats going on, you should look for someone who has an actual idea, in contrary to the low-level angel you just met). However:

Judaism/Christianity/Islam and all their splinter directions, amalgations and directions are all either going up to heaven or reconsidering what they've done wrong to stay on an apocalypse wrecked World.
Some Minor or Tiny Religions or those with too abstract a Belief-System(Scientology), Joke Religions (Pastafarians) will not appear...or at least have no divine presence to speak of.

I hope i didn't spoil anything at this point but i thought i make some things clear.
