How do I import a world to my game?
I'm talking about, if i get a seed on this forum, how do I enter it into DF?

I'm new to this forum so sorry if I sound stupid.

depends on what format it is in a folder (.zip, etc.) u just insert in your safegame folder a map-seed u enter in in design new world with advanced parameters where "seed text" is standing

if someone is corteous enough to post a whole worldgen on the forums, just copy paste it into the world_gen.txt file in dwarf fortress directory/data/init
