The name of the bigger enter key, by the left of the arrow keys on our beloved qwerty keyboard, is return.
The name of the other enter key, the one near the numpad is the true enter key.
Return was used for other stuff back when it was created, just like the SysReq key, which don't have any use now...

Isn't it merged with the 'prt scr' key? That sees use.

I never use 'scroll lock', though. I don't think it actually does anything on Windows anymore. Wikipedia says it still works with Linux console.

Can confirm 'pause/break' still works in Windows command prompt.

Reading his name would trigger it. Thinking of him would trigger it. No other circumstances would trigger it- it was strictly related to the concept of Bill Clinton entering the conscious mind.

Well, if you account for that...

On the keyboard is an image of Slackratchet the dwarf in Plastic. Quietust the omnipotent being from Star Trek is telling Slackratchet that a sufficiently skilled touch-typist can use a keyboard like that without any problems. The artwork relates to the typing of the dwarf Slackratchet in the spring of 2014 during The wait for a new release.

Where the hell is it?
I've been looking for it for like a minute and still can't find it.

*Two minutes later*
Here it is! It was hidden under F12.
