Alright, it is. But you like those. I like those. We all like those. (to various degrees)

Simple - rate whatever quote(s) the person above you has in his/her signature on a scale of 1 to 10.
For obvious reasons having a quote (doesn't have to be from Bay 12 for all I care) is required for entry.

If the person happens to have multiple quotes, you can rate all of them (in the appropriate order, though), or just one (but then say which one it is so people don't get confused.
