Two different ones, one derived from Earthbound's ROM, the other seemingly built with Mother 3 resources but on unknown platform. Personally, I quite like the first game and am looking forward to this happening. One problem I do have with it is that they make Ninten look too much like Ness. A bit more athletic and emotive, sure, but still basically the same. Based on my interpretation of the originial sprite, Ninten was wearing overalls, which makes a bit more sense considering he was actually younger than Ness at the time of his adventure. So... everyone, Mother series discussion go!

I think the sprite is pretty spot on based on the pictures I found.

I'm rather looking forward to it though. Just hope it doesn't implode because of copyright claims and whatnot.

Ah... Ok. I wonder why they didn't bother making his actual sprite look like his concept art in the original. I mean, I get hardware limitations, but making part of his sprite yellow wouldn't have been that much of a challenge. Also, I think they still should put him in overalls, just so he's more distinguishable from Ness.
