Lunar Phases

When you give a transformation a lunar phase (like werewolves), does the transformation only occur during the night or is it for a full 24 hours of in-game time?

Also could you give one creature multiple transformations on different moon phases? Or even give the same transformation multiple phases?

I believe it is the full day (or days, depending on which phases it activates on).

I don't know about multiple phases/transformations, but I don't see why it would not work, so long as no more than one transformation is active at a time.
