In this world, there are creatures. Beasts and Devils, Monsters and Horrors, Ghosts and Goblins, all preying on the unwary masses.
In this world they have clashed and survived for centuries, eons or longer. They eat, drink and torment mortals of all stripes.
But they have their weaknesses, the realms of mankind have used these against them for as long as good men have fought the darkness of our world.

Now, however, there is a new foe. One who does not have the weaknesses of these traditional monsters, one that preys not just upon man, but on these beasts as well.
An Enemy, that all our efforts have been unable to combat, all the resources arrayed in both the earthly and unearthly planes have faltered against it!

Welcome to Parody- The Angstening

In this RtD you can choose to be any creature you can think up from the World of Darkness, including a regular person.
The twist of course being, that no matter what you choose you will inevitably end up being so chock full of AAAANGST that your character will start looking like something straight out of Twilight.

BUT FEAR NOT, for the Angst can be fought!
Angst will be replacing the "morality" meter present in most WoD games.
However which end is more angsty is questionable, and often dependent on the character.

Character Sheet:
Name: What we call your Angst Bucket
Gender: What parts you have that your're probably angsty about
Race: Whether you're an angsty human, an angsty vampire, an angsty werewolf or an any other angsty thing, it goes here (hybrids are ok, but they require overly long names, two of which must be Mary Sue or Marty Stu, so that they can angst about that.
Also just about anything in the books will be accepted, so long as I can figure out what the hell they are and what they are angsty about.)
Bio: Any particulars about their life that will be angsted over, may also determine stats and skills and whatnot.

I'll be doing the stats and skills based on your race and bio, and they will generally correspond to normal WoD things (Presence, Wits, Occult, Lollygagging)
I'm intending for each dot to give you half a point bonus on a roll toward related actions (most actions have an associated attribute and skill) so we'll see how that works out.

Oh and don't worry about the New/Old WoD distinction, it doesn't exist here and everyone is angsty about it. Have Fun!

Name: Angus T. Puckett
Gender: Female
Race: Vampire
Bio: It's just not fair, man! Angus T. Puckett was a regular family man, with the customary three children, seven wives, eleven cars, thirteen dogs, seventeen cats and twenty three different jobs, none of which he actually did anything at, not to mention a kickass tan the very gods themselves feared for its sheer leatheriness, but then he went and got bitten and hazed by a gang of fifty three stinking vagrants. Now, one hundred and thirteen days later, he is a creature of the night! As well as a she! What an eventful one hundred and thirteen days those were. Now she has lost almost everything - she has to actually pull night shifts at the five jobs she has retained in the shrinking economy (and now that she's a vampire as well as an incredibly sexually attractive woman they actually want her around, rather than simply pay for the privilege of her complete and continued absence). She had to rent out seven of her seventeen non-alcoholic swimming pools for the use of hungry children during suppertime, and her wives are actually paying attention to her now. Her life is in shambles, in short. As is her unlife, for that matter. Also, she sells drugs and acts overly tough most of the time (except when she doesn't and acts overly provocative instead), but that's not who she really is (it's just one of her phases), which makes her very sad. And three of her thirteen dogs turned out to secretly be werewolves, and she is working out her relationship issues with them as a result. And her father does not approve of her lifestyle choices, and neither does his husband, and she feels like they're being total dicks for absolutely no reason (aside from the drugs, maybe - she is working on admitting she may have screwed the pooch on that issue). Finally, she fears that her constantly busy nights and her need to spend her days inside a tomb may be contributing to an increasing feeling of alienation in her children, which is also one of those things that she thinks she might need to deal with after she hires some people with that sweet trust fund money she has accumulated to show up at all her jobs in her stead.

And to top it all off, she is terrible at multitasking, and thinks this whole business may negatively affect her reelection as Mayor.

Race:Half-vampire half-werewolf half-human. MARTY STU POWERS GO
Bio: Beth Freeman George Iasaes Marty Stu the eleventh was just a regular man, except that he was extremely strong, smart, rich... and had a girl's name. One day, he ended up in the middle of a battle beetwen a vampire and a werewolf. They both decided to attack him, and he was bitten by both of them, becoming a half-vampire, half-werewolf, half-human. So now, he not only has to deal with his overly long and girly name, but he is also a half-werewolf, haf-vampire, half-human now It also irritates him to no end because how is he going to get all this paperwork done when he is constantly asked by some interdimensional force to save the universe.

Race: Blacklight. What do you mean they are not allowed?!
Bio: Is it so hard to be normal? I mean, sure I got hamstrung right out of the gate with the monster of Manhattan Alex Mercer as a father and the plaguebearer of New York Elizabeth Greene as a mother, but still there got to be a place were I can pretend to be a normal human girl right?

Not here at any rate, barely a street from the airport and I get jumped by a right hairy bastard. Still, I could take him. Didn't mean to break his neck and consume him, humans are so frail. Only, he wasn't human, he was a werewolf and my blacklight didn't get along with lycanism.

So recap, my Blacklight on the flits, I'm now a werewolf and seem to be a vampire-werewolf-human-whoever war that avoided my father attention. Or maybe it didn't. It did seem odd when he gave me those tickets and told me it was to keep me safe. Since when was father worried about my safety?

Bio: Linos has been living pretty much his entire life in science silence. Well, actually, both science and silence. He has intellectual knowledge that competes with the greatest thinkers and inventors of the world. He uses this mental capacity by playing chess. Chess, to him, is a game of equal battlefield and equal friends and foes. He almost never talks with others, however, and keeps to himself most of the time.

Bio: God, man, the world just don't look good upon ol' Jackson. Not a person can trust him after the job he worked at mysteriously burned down. Or when the entire city lost power when 14 lightning bolts happened to strike some jack ass poor soul who happened to be standing too close to a power line. Or how he still hasn't explained where his neighbor's dog went. People just don't understand. They hatin' and they don't even know. They got the good life of 16 kids and 4 jobs and no car. Man, that's just plain sweet next to Jackson's no-home, bus hoppin' life. And they don't even have to worry about stuff like being attacked by goblins or nothin', just baking cakes or some shiz. Nah, man. That just ain't right.
