I just recently had a fort hit pretty hard by the Black Plague, and probably the last unaffectd dwarf is one of my axedwarves, who is now slaughtering everyone in the fort. Just checked and it has nothing to do with a tantum or insanity. Any ideas?

loyalty cascade, however it happened (with diseases on i may guess for a schizo, that was put down by your axedwarf, but now your axedwarf is an enemy of your civ)

Solution: turn diseases off, gen a new world, start a new fort and enjoy MWDF
