Restarting from the beginning of summer, and disabling all my minecarts, here his a WIP of the graveyard:

Had a little time before I left for the holiday.  Late summer bug is still a thing.  No minecarts or anything.

Sometimes, I've been able to get past crashes like this by running fastdwarf for a short time, or burrowing everyone into the dining room.

Tried the fastdwarf approach, failed.  Think I'm going to start a new 4f fortress.

But not with Rendermax. 4f uses dfhack r4, Rendermax has not been compiled for it yet. Its the only thing missing.

Well bugger.  I suppose that I can wait for rendermax to be compiled for r4, then import it.  Assuming this fortress doesn't die before then.
