Hi!
I'm new to the forum but not the game.
I would love to have the ability to "buy" guild memberships for embark points.
Another thing that bothers me is the lack of workshops that needs "power", the sawmill could be one example.

Thanks a million for this mod, this is how DF should be vanilla.

Both things cannot be done. First thing is entirely impossible, the second is theoretically possible if someone writes a dfhack plugin for it. I would add it instantly, power-requirements for workshops.

Okey, that's too bad.
I have noticed some things, after (4E) the game still says (4D) at start.
The world-gen settings does not seem to work, I'm getting standard settings whatever I put in, like embark points.
All the vanilla animals (cows, horses and so on) are back in the game.
Liches has thoughts and feelings as ordinary dorfs.

Is that a completely fresh install of 4E or were you trying to get an old save to work from 4D?

Im running a fresh 4e install.

Yeah, 4e only added the new GUI, I did not patch the .exe to show the new version number... Sorry.
