Instead of necroing, I decided to ask for help, on, how do I add the anvil to my game, more specifically where do the files go? Do I need to gen a new world for it to work? I want to add it to Masterwork, I don't think that will cause any problems.

It's been some time since I played Masterwork, but weren't you already able to make a stone anvil at the Rockforge?

Yes,  stone anvils from blocks are already a thing. Stonecrafters Workshop.
