STRIKE LEGION
« on: November 14, 2013, 03:24:11 am »

It's the greatest pen and paper RPG ever. It rips off all the settings, all the weapons, all the things, and mushes them into a gigantic ball of awesome.
As an incentive to read an indepth explanation, a properly-statted PC (this isn't very difficult to do) can swordfight starships.

Now read this.

The rulebook's here for sale, and it's only 3 dollars.
But seriously, it's very much worth it.

Oh god... I can't make it through that thread in one go. I'm laughing with just about every entry.

It's a glorious trainwreck of settings all mashed together.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

I'd just like to point out that this is the only game I've seen where the bad guys deploy tactical Godzillas.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

I lost it by page 4.
This shit is so insane it makes just about every thing out there look bad.

And I don't say that often about pen&paper games.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Spacebattles is not a site with a lot of what makes sites load quickly, it is slow. But It tends to have entertaining things.
