Honestly? Those things you mentioned, half only attack out of fear and the other half are herbivores, I live in Australia, those things don't attack you, never attacked me, AS LONG AS YOU AREN'T BEING A DICK AND ENROACHING APON THEM, snakes only rear up beach use they know they will be signing their own death warrant If they attack, it's only when the humans start screaming when it pisses them off.

wait if outback magic includes summoning Australian animals how is anyone else supposed to win(really they have kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, all kinds of venomous animals, and even the dreaded sugar glider!) ?

Also the nine snakes and nine spiders with the deadliest venom. And Darwin's Bark Spiders. And (arguably) various types of sharks, box jellyfishes, blue-ringed octopi, deadly conchs, stonefish, etc.

On a serious note, all Australian animals get a deadly rep from the few that are aggressive, absurdly venomous, or both. Deal with it. At least when we're joking about deadly wildlife, we're not making fun of your continent's nickname.
