Add this to the creature's raws. Just make sure it is either before the castes or after [SELECT_CASTE:ALL], otherwise the tissue will only be applied to the caste it is under.

Code: [Select]
[USE_MATERIAL_TEMPLATE:WOOD:WOOD_TEMPLATE]

[TISSUE:MASK]
[TISSUE_NAME:mask:masks]
[CONNECTS]
[TISSUE_MATERIAL:LOCAL_CREATURE_MAT:WOOD]

[TISSUE_LAYER:BY_CATEGORY:HEAD:MASK]

There will still be flesh underneath the mask, but it should work. I'm not sure if it is possible to remove tissue from specific body parts.

You can make a special body detail plan with 6th tissue and not apply first 5 tissues to the head.
