Doesn't matter if the thread is crummy
You could have tried a little.
You're expecting a likely just under or over 20 year old male on the internet who didn't even know what the word fap actually meant to put any effort into starting a thread. Sights set way too high there.
I also made it simply to remove the argument from the other thread. If I start a proper thread, I tend to put in more effort.
As I said, why use high quality paper for fish and chips, if you're just gonna throw it away within a few minutes?
Because you are forcing people outside a thread to finish a conversation "You, yourself" dislike and instead of treating it with the same weight as the people having the conversation/argument/debate you are treating it with the weight you, yourself attribute it.
It is disrespectful is the more accurate term.
It is like you own this "make your own sushi bar" and people have been making fishsticks with theirs... and because you don't like fishsticks you throw them into the back of the kitchen with frozen fishsticks.
It wouldn't be the case if they could still talk about it in the stupid thread... But you made this thread with the intent that they cannot go back. Even if it was made with the intent to avoid a flame war.
THAT is why I say you could have tried a little. If you actually put effort into making this seem like a legitimate thread, it wouldn't feel like a moderation but rather a compromise.
