Do Civilzation Relations stay if i Re-embark?

My civilization started out at peace with everyone but after robbing several of the same civilizations caravans they sent a siege which weakened my army and i eventually fell one month later do to a forgotten beast because my military was still recovering.


So i have Re-Embarked in my fortress but will the humans still be mad at my civilization or will relations be reset

Also if i abandoned the fortress and a caravan was present will it still be in my area?

I don't know. Check the legends and neighbors from embark-screen. If there is multiple dwarven civs, make sure to choose the same one you already used. I haven't ever tried abadonding fort while caravan is there, but I guess the caravan stuff is scattered on the map just like all other stuff.
