Go to a French colony and see if we can get a letter to become a privateer.

Candy island sucks...sugar.
+1. Also recruiting would be good as we seem a little spread thin right now.

+1 to both.

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Before leaving Candy Island, you recruit some of the villagers with your amazing rendition of The K'nuckles. After you've recruited some cute, colorful anthropomorphized diabeetus onto a vessel of scurvy dogs you plunder some candy and sugar from the warehouses. Then it is time to set sail for FRENCH COLONY.

Let's do some drills to make sure our new recruits know up from down, and which end of a rifle to point at the enemy.

While doing training drills to make sure everyone knows what the hell they're doing and singing pirate songs and looking for ships to attack at the same time, one of the newbies points the wrong end of the rifle and shoots itself in the face, after which the human pirates treat themselves to the corpse because, you know, they're made of candy. This results in the candy recruits refusing to work with and mistrusting the human pirates, which is a problem because you're being intercepted right now.

Get half of the candy recruits onto the Purple Pearl and all rest, human and candy, onto the Englishman, leaving a few human officers on the Pearl to keep order. Also, find out what is intercepting us.

Allow the candy pirates to eat the next dead human crewman, As punishment for cannibalism without your approval.
