besides some spacing I'm not entirely sure what you mean. do you want me to add a proposal tracker?

5. Design a 100 ton sublight automated cargo vehicle. ((In space, 100 ton is quite heavy, especially for a barebone structure as this.)) Cargo capacity is priority number one, with the system only using it's engines for landing/maneuvering on objects without atmosphere. (Large)
6. Reverse engineer the Hyperspace engine, and try to develop a Trans Orbital Arcelerator as an offshoot. Simply said, this thing catapults objects through space at FTl speeds, but for a short distance only. (Without FTL drive on the ship, the bubble spontanously dissolves). It's intended to facilate intrasystem travel.
7. Develop Fusion power suitable for spacecraft. If we already have it, develop a fusion pulse engine, if we can't have it, develop fission power. (Medium)
8. Develop large scale magnetic radiation shielding; (medium)

C: Develop a space elevator on the moon. (It's the easiest and nearest body to exploit)

((As a note, a tonnage system makes not much sense in space. Sure, increasing mass lowers speed, but unlike ship's, they won't sink))
