how to change the name of spoiler tags.

like I know if I click spoiler and put info in, you get a thing to click that says spoiler, I jsut want to knwo how do you add a name to it?

I am not trying to be stupid or anything. I just do not know what that would be under on here after exploring. I am rather slow.
