Dwarfs auto-equip quivers right?

Dwarfs auto-equip quivers right? If not, how do I get them to do it?

If they have a crossbow (or have the hunting labor enabled), they'll automatically equip quivers.

Yeah, quivers, backpacks, flasks.

If they don't equip something, you can usually force them by giving them station orders and canceling them.

If its military, they also need ammo assigned to them.
