It means that your baron has been upgraded to a count. That means that your fort, which was a barony, has become a county.

The next step will be a duchy, and your count will become a duke, once you reach the next progress trigger. The trigger is (at least) 20 population, with a total production value of 300,000 "dwarf-bucks", and you need to trade at least 30,000 dwarf-bucks to your dwarvern merchants.

It also means that your baron-turned-count will make more mandates and require better rooms.

And wow really i have a population of 150, 1,000,000 in wealth and about 100,000 in sold wealth :P
