Actually, I don't have too much interest in this anymore.  That, combined with more interest in my two new games, means that yes, this is dead.  Unless someone (cannot be a player!) wants to take this over.

No, it isn't.  Remember, I was going to be trying to run a turn each week, and it still would have been run with or without all the actions.
