I use a dolphin with one ten seat business class cabin. I could get more options for missions with better cabins, but it is enough for me. I carry an A grade fuel scoop of the largest size I have room for, and I slightly engineered my FSD to increase the range. 23 ly still isn't a ton of range, but I can get around the bubble pretty quickly with my tourists anyway.
