Does anyone know what skill/profession is used for "capture live fish" task from fishery? I tried trapper and it's not that. If I try fishing then my person just goes out and fishes. I built a pond, an aquarium and pleanty of animal traps.. do I need something else?

I think you need to have somebody on "fish" and an animal trap.  It'll also be hard to get them to do it, because they'll probably be out fishing all the time and miss the building job check cycle.  Some of the job prioritization stuff will help this out.

It seemed to require 'trapper' for me.  I know I didn't have the guy on fish, at any rate.  But yeah, an animal trap and the 'catch live fish' job at the fishery.
