Will this influence adventurer skillz?

It is suggested in the article above, that stoneknaping and language have evolved together and use the same brain networks...
if this should be relevant, will then knapping stones train conversation skills and vice versa?

There could be something to it, for expressing oneself in the art of making can be interpretted as a form of communication.

There's a difference between concurrence and correlation. And well, just because it evolved together doesn't mean that banging rocks together makes you a decent negotiator.

Banging rocks together to make sharp rocks for throwing makes you an excellent negotiator.

Not if the other side can hurl tiny rocks at incredible speeds towards your negotiation hole.
