I made it back to Esperanza. Should I use a nether pathway to get to the next island? Or should I swim?

Hmm. Is there a tunnel yet? I don't remember. Nether travel is much faster (also more interesting if you don't take a tunnel) but it might end in your death. I recommend Nether travel, though.

To get from Esperanza to the next island, I would recommend cutting some trees and making boats (probably a little far for a literal swim). Once you get there, I recommend the nether. No, there is not a tunnel from Esperanza onward that I know of - I think the nether around Esperanza is pretty much undeveloped, in fact.

Also, what are the nether coordinates of the I3 portal? I went to look for the castle thing you looted (and found land), and now I'm lost.

I assume it was about cod tendies and an austerity-caused crunch in the supply of good boy points.

Ok, so the not a typo "Esprella" in the first post is ok. I'm sorry for the confusion.

By the way, did you choose to use Spanish names for any particular reason? Or do they just look good on a sign?

It was a joke. The names in the original post WERE typos. I failed to notice until you pointed it out.

I didn't name either island. You'd have to ask SealyStar about Estrella, and I don't think we made Esperanza. If I remember right, SealyStar just wanted to keep the name them going.

By the way, we should figure out what to name I3. I'm thinking suggestions, then a poll featuring popular suggestions. My suggestion: Elephantalla.
I was joking too, hehe. We need a sarcasm button for forums.

Anyway, I can help with names if you want. I'm a native Spanish speaker. :)

My suggestion: Demencia (Spanish for insanity. Pretty dwarven)

It's pretty easy to make secret passages that lead into lava, secret passages indestinguishable from the former, and even the first that transform into the second and back on a secret condition. Probably would frustrate the heck out of raiders.

I made a proper stockpile room (with categorized chests!) underground. It really should be hidden, but it'll for now.
