Can't change z levels

i am using lazy newb pack keybinds. I use phoebus. To change z levels, you supposedly press (,) and (.) on lazy newb pack. I've tried pressing shift (<>) but that doesn't work. Halp plz?

Not sure if I'm using LNP or default keybinds. Anyway, press esc, select key bindings> general> and scroll down some to the options for move cursor up/down z levels and you can change it from there.

as a slight hint, take it easy on the smileys (however it's spelled). In general, not just here, it's considered 'bad forum manners' at about the same level as writing everything in capital letters. We get the message with just a few too, you don't have to use them just because your post seems so short, empty and lonely without them, it's fine as it is.
