My dwarves are not harvesting the plump helmets, even though there are two dedicated farmers and the orders are for all dwarves to harvest. This has not happened to me before. The farmers are still planting, but they are not harvesting the pulp helmets. I do not really need more plump helmets, but I am worried that this might become a big problem. Could anyone please help me?

Are you sure they're not simply harvesting the plump helmets and leaving them on the field because food stockpile is full?

I'm guessing it might be one of the following;

Food stockpile's full
'o'rder is set to not haul food
Everyone's too busy to haul

Another possibility: You have accidentally changed the settings of your food stockpile to "accept from links only" instead of "accept from anywhere".
