I called it nearly vegan because I still take some milk in my tea. It's for health reasons, not anything moral. For lunch I eat crudites and hummus. Something like a choc ice/klondike bar is just too much to even think about right now.

Hummus is delicious! Poor countries just have better food.

Well, to a certain point. Though I've been to an Ethiopian restaurant and it was quite good :P

I would totally sing a song in public for a Klondike Bar. Or something equally terrible. Like murder.

Because murder is totally as bad as singing in public.

Note, the contents of this post are a joke and I would never actually murder someone for a Klondike Bar...probably.

Surprisingly little, actually. Though I'd happily accept one if offered.

Alright, I think I got this right now.

"What would you do for a klondike bar?"

> I'd ask for one!  :D

I actually really like what some people call peasant food. It comes with the culture but I'd happily eat porridge, polenta, rice, haggis, offal/sausages or breton stuff like buckwheat gallettes or Russian pancakes over some of the more established dishes.
