Are there any other games with combat like adventure mode? Where your hit points are your vital organs?

Cataclysm DDA and Unreal World have quite detailed hp systems and both of them are open world roguelikes.

I also recommend Unreal World, even with it's absurd learning curve and my tendency to be unable to complete the tutorial for some reason.

I guess IVAN can be sort of like this, where every limb has its own HP. If your head reaches 0 HP, you die, similarly to your torso and abdomen (if I am not mistaken), but your other limbs are... "detachable" ;)

There was one game posting on here that was exactly that - something something Regnum or whatever? I dunno, trying to remember it all now but it's around here.

Ultima Ratio Regnum.  It has a thread in the other games forum.  Sadly, its less finished right now than adventure mode is, but it looks promising.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule
