Jobs interrupted by other dwarf- no explanation

I keep getting messages like "Job interrupted by Farmer" No further explanation is given.

What is going on and how can i persuade my dwarfs to behave and play nicely with others.?

Could be I guess, but when I view my farmers they don't seem unhappy.

I would guess tantrum, lycanthropy, or a failed artifact causing berserkness.
