Graphics optimization - Rotation & Flip

So... Anyone else wanting a [HORIZONTAL_FLIP] and [VERTICAL_FLIP] attributes for their raws? It would really cut down on wasted space for graphics that require a lot of tiles to properly work, such as walls, rivers and rails. It could also have an option to randomly flip certain tiles upon creation to give a little more variety and break up some of the repetitiveness.

[ROTATION] (the 90-degree kind) would also be nice, but it's only used if the tileset passes a square-tile check.

Apropos rotation, I would love to be able to rotate the whole embark in 90 degree steps to look at my fortress from a different angle.

This was also my first thought upon reading the threat title, though both ideas could have their uses.

Yeah it would be nice and if my memory serves me right, it's already part of the "Full graphics support" suggestion from mayday that's in the eternal suggestion voting.
Toady even commented on that suggestion recently in the FotF thread.
