Crypt of the NecroDancer (Rhythm Rogue-like?)
« on: May 22, 2013, 06:10:30 pm »

I just recently learned of this game, and since this seems to be THE place to share anything rogue-like, I figured I'd post about it here.

Can't say I know too much about it, other than it deals with rhythm and rogue-likes. They're also saying that their developing the game in public via their forums so I'll post the link to that too.

Edit: After looking into a bit more, it looks like the rhythm part comes issuing commands in-line with the beat, sort of like Patapon.

Weird genre-mash, but that video sounds beautiful. The monkey screams and cool beats fit perfectly!

Also it is apparently playable with a DDR pad. I approve SO hard.
