Your Dwarfiest Traits/Experiences
« on: July 01, 2013, 03:40:36 pm »

Ok, so this morning I got to thinking about how much I seem like a DF dwarf, so I thought "lets all share what makes us dwarfy in RL"

And that's what this is, Sharing our crazy dwarf-like traits.

Heres mine:

I have a crazy tolerance for alchohol, literally being able to drink straight moonshine....for a light buzz.

The second one requires a bit of a story, so bear with me:

When I was about 7 I got a hernia in....well lets just say "an area not modeled in vanilla".... and had surgery.
Afterward I was brought home to recuperate, with my grandfather there to help me get around when needed and such.
During this time he fell asleep and I needed to go to the bathroom, so instead of calling for help or such, I sucked it up like a dwarf and rolled out of bed, and crawled to the bathroom.
Please note I was not on pain medication.

So what are yours bay12ers?

When I pass by seashore wave (or just a ulstrasound humidifier) I always feel like getting a thought "was comforted by lovely waterfall"

Did you know that the Russian word for "sock" is "no sock"?
I just saw a guy with two broken legs push a minecart with a corpse in it. Yeah.

Getting my finger stuck in a food processor.
I was trying to shred lettuce... And instead shredded my finger almost to bone. Oh, and then the bandage got stuck on.
You, I am stupid. This also happened a few years ago.
