Hi, first time poster here and I love the game so far, Just made my first 3 z-level well.

I see all those people giving detailed reports of what happened in fights, specific injuries to certain limbs and etc. I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could find some sort of a battle report that shows what happened in a fight on a step by step basis? I assume some of it is of course creative storytelling but some if it seems like it was found in game.

I know to look at the wounds on an individual dwarf so that cant be it. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Look for Dwarf Companion. There's an (experimental) option to turn combat reports on in fortress mode.

Thanks for the quick reply, I will look into it and see what it can do. I really am curious to see how my poor blacksmith went from being perfectly fine to scattered peices on the floor haha. I am using the graphical tile set version.
