Why are all of my characters removed from school?

From the 10 characters I tried to play, only one has finished school and he had such bad stats, that he didn't even get to college.

It's to do with the percentages of people who stay in school in the country you're in.

I've just played through a male character in Poland, went all the way through school, college and the other one - degree in Law. Ended up emigrating to America after working as a Lawyer for ten years and then became a senior government official.

I played when they first put the own-your-own-business thing in.

I broke the hell out of it and made so much money the game crashed.
Really needs work.

Yeah, I was born in 'nam, moved to UK after some time, then moved out and in, and due to some currency conversion magic, I was left with 326m pounds.
I lol'd.

That's usually in 2010, there was one time where I moved from Bangladesh (I think so) to North Korea and started businesses. After some years  I had 1 trillion won that it even broke the GUI.

Yeah, once you've played through a couple of times you realise how limited the game is - if it can truly be called a game.
