How to check on internet program use?
« on: April 20, 2013, 07:36:22 pm »

Ok my internet is going out and a good reset seems to fix it for a few hours.

I am under the impression something is eating up my bandwidth (possible origin) but I don't know how to check what programs are using what internet.

Ugh! I am not a programmer!

It doesn't give me the info in a readable format.

I DO know however that Hamachii is still active even when I shut the program off... making me REALLY want to remove it from my computer but knowing that there isn't a reasonable alternative.

I HATE programs that are secretly on ALL the time or that start when windows starts up and you cannot tell it not to. Unfortunately as I said, I cannot uninstall it.

You can also check what connections are being made through command prompt.
