Bring the item to the depot, and then select just it to trade instead of the entire bin.

i prefer to have more control over precisely what items get potentially sold so i make big 16x16 stockpiles for finished goods that specifically dont allow any bins

if the item you want to sell is in a bin, you need to haul the bin to the depot and then you can just select only the item you want to sell, noone forces you to sell the whole bin
