Super FUN raws modifying?

So I've been having fun on adventure for the most part but then I thought, why not mess with the raws to give goblins flying or humans amphibious capabilities? so anyone know how to modify raws and if so could you help me out?

Many tags are self explanatory. But...

Try adding [NOFEAR][NOSTUN][NOPAIN][OPPOSED_TO_LIFE] and [LIKES_FIGHTING] to your dwarf raws.

No, the point is to NOT have it, so the dwarves slaughter each other, like in the One Dwarf versus The World thing.
