You seem to be under the impression that we're playing some game other than dwarf fortress. It doesn't matter how powerful you make a creature, we will find a way to destroy it. God is dead, and Urist killed him.

good news, I killed my first goblin  8) , and now the bad news, one of the 2 goblin snatchers managed to kidnap the child of one of my dwarfs  :'( and I builded a tanner's shop but the dwarves aren't doing nothing, can someone help with this problem

Tanning jobs are queued up automatically when you have fresh raw hides.  I activate both the "butcher" and "tanning" labors on my butchers, and they will go directly from slaughtering the animal to tanning the hide, which is good because it prevents the hide from rotting.  If your dwarves aren't doing anything, perhaps you don't have any raw hides (or at least no fresh ones).  Alternatively, the tannery may be too far away from the butcher shop.  Check if you're getting any alert messages like "dwarf cancelled job: Tan Hide" which might indicate a pathing problem.

Pro tip: I find it sometimes helpful to have a butcher shop and tannery near my main entrance, in addition to the regular ones by the kitchens.  That way if your hunters bring in something, or you kill a butcherable monster near the gate, it's less likely to rot away waiting for a hauler.

I have not posted anything lately because I had no doubts  :-X , I also take this opportunity to announce my progress :D : I've got 88 dwarves, ten swordsmen, five crossbow dwarves and 5 mace dwarves, all with steel armor and weapons, but now I add a doubt, the battle axes need Multigrasp?

They shouldn't. I think battle axes are only multigrasp for a few unlucky dwarves too small. Truth be told I don't use axes much, despite how dwarven it is, I use spears and hammers almost exclusively.

Consult the wiki for more on multigrasp. Theres a table somewhere useful that should answer your question.

Notice that the size of the dwarf don't matters cause of bug, for a quick tip, always get an number of ranged dwarves equal or highter than melee dwarves, you really don't want they near your enemy, whenever possibly take the enemy down at range and use melee just to finish off.

A dwarf touches a ranged weapon only in the moments of greatest desperation. A dwarf either stands toe-to-toe with foes both mundane and terrible, or orchestrates their demise through works of hellish engineering.

Guy, dwarves don't like bows cause they're elvish, but crossbows are a piece of enginering, and that's why dwarves can get the likes crossbows preference...
