Anybody know a utility to reset zoom level on all bookmarks in a PDF Document?

Does anybody know of any freeware utilities that will change the zoom levels of every bookmark in the document to the "Inherit Zoom" setting?

Or failing that, does anybody know of a PDF reader program that will ignore the zoom specified by the bookmark?

(So far the closest thing I've been able to find is JPdfBookmarks, but there does not appear to be any way to change all of the bookmarks in the document to Inherit Zoom at once)
