If it costs less than $501 to refit with my new, slightly more explody medium engines, build a Moineau I.

Missions:
If I build a Moineau I and it can get a solar-powered radio satellite into stable LEO, load one and launch it into stable LEO. See what the government has to say about renting them.

Technology Trade with SPACE: Improved fuel (end-of-turn) for better small fuel tanks, equal research progress.

New goal: At the end of ten years, I'll have continuously had at least three functional radio satellites in space for the five years leading up to it (They might not be the same ones, but losses will be replaced before failure).
