Fixed some problems, reorganized things to be more compact, added a venom stockpile, will update the original post:
dfindustry.diadfindustry.svgThat is a tangled web.
I can see this chart being useful for newbies, but it's really hard to navigate.
How about a set of smaller flowcharts,
Yep but I wanted to see the larger picture in this case. I think there are some smaller charts out there for specific industries
This thing is confusing. Also tallow doesn't go to the ashery. It goes into soapmakers workshop.
Oops, thanks for pointing that out. Sorry it's confusing. I spent a lot of time moving things around to reduce crossings and intersecting with nodes but it's impossible to avoid them completely.
There's also no start point. No embark>X
What Lord Whispers said..
It's not really a flowchart, since there is no starting point.
Also, there is no difference between materials and workshops, when it is (afair) possible to draw them differently in Dia.
Coloring basic cycles (3 or 4 steps long, for example: still -> drink -> barrel -> still) would be a nice touch.
Apart from that, it's really nice
Ah, never knew the distinction. 'Industry graph' then.
I like the idea of changing the nodes to different shapes, but it looks like I wlil have to re-connect all the vectors by hand ( at least I can't figure out how to change object shape without deleting and re-creating them )
tiny text
Part of that is because the margins are set too high and it kept re-sizing the squares. I'll see what I can do to make it bigger, but at least you should be able to zoom in to read it easier.
Protip: Export as svg, because scalable vactor grafics are awesome.
Awesome, wasn't aware of these
